look back...

...it reminds us how God has worked in our lives...and how He has and can heal us...

this is the reason why we need to open our heart to God...and trust Him for our future...

open is the key word...i heard it said this way once in a sermon...

close your hand in a fist...look at it...those are the things you are holding on to...

...hate...fear...hurt...

emotions have that fist tightened...how have those emotions held you back because you held on to them...

if we stay in hurt...we will hurt...
if we stay in fear...we will live in fear...

let go today...and start living the life God intended for you all along...
